Learn health-improving Tai Chi, Lok hup Tai Chi Sword and Sabre as taught by Mr. Moy. Beginner classes in the Lower Hall from 6:30 to 7:30 pm and continuing classes from 7:30 until 8:30 pm. People of every age in any health condition are welcome.
