This is a fun introductory workshop for those who would like to explore the fabulous world of jewellery making! Participants will learn basic jewelry methods using a soldering torch, texturing, flex shaft, files, hammers, polisher, and other jewelry tools. You will create a fun 'Spinner' ring, using stamps to create your very own design. No experience is necessary! Material fee included. DATES & TIMES FRI MAY 9th 5:30 - 9pm YOUR TUTOR Shannon Kennedy. Shannon Kennedy is a full time jewellery maker and designer. Shannon and her husband Juan Bohorquez opened Cynosure Studio in 2004 in Kitchener, Ontario. While still designing jewellery full time, Shannon has now begun to focus on the educational aspects of her craft and teaches regular programs from her studio, at Mohawk and George Brown College, and at the Haliburton School of Arts.
