Celebrate Curling Day in Canada on January 31 with free curling at Blue Water Curling Club in Owen Sound In celebration of our country and our great game, the Blue Water Curling Club will be hosting a FREE Curling Open House on Saturday, January 31 at 6:30 pm. There will be a mini lesson and a short game, followed by a cash bar and card games. The Curling Day in Canada Open House is open to anyone over the age of 9, as Blue Water Curling Club is also home to a Junior Curling program on Sunday afternoons. (Minors need to be accompanied by an adult). All you need to do is sign up at bluewatercurlingclub.com before Saturday January 24 and wear clean, flat rubber soled shoes. You can also wear a helmet (like a bicycle or ski helmet).
